- Option 1 - have your down products dry cleaned.
- Option 2 - wash down products at home on a delicate hand wash programme and on a minimum temperature.

- For textile products that do not have any backing or membrane, we also recommend using special detergents according to the type of material.
- As a last resort, you can use liquid detergent at a lower than standard rate and without fabric softener.
