How much does shipping cost and from what amount is it free?

 

Shipping via PPL (65 CZK), PPL parcel shop (65 CZK), Zásilkovny (45 CZK), GLS HD (65 CZK), GLS Parcel Service (65 CZK) and is free from 999 CZK. If the value of the order is less than 999 CZK, we add the amount for cash on delivery and 20 CZK.

Can I pay by card?

 

Yes, you can pay by card, we use Česká spořitelna payment gateway, so the transaction is completely secure.

Do you allow personal collection of goods?

 

Yes, you can collect the goods in our premises, just select "Personal collection" in the order basket.

Of course, you will not be charged for any postage costs.

Are you sending goods to Slovakia?

 

Yes, we will also send the goods to Slovakia. You can find more information about shipping prices here.

For personal collection in Slovakia you can use the branches of Zásilkovna or PPL Parcel shops.

How do I change my order?

 

Contact our customer service. In cases where your order is already with the carrier, changes regarding delivery can be addressed directly with the carrier.

In necessary cases where we no longer allow changes, we recommend cancelling the order and creating a new order.

When will my order arrive?

 

In the email sent you will find the estimated time of delivery and also a link of information about where your package is right now.

How do we send you an invoice or credit note?

 

An electronic version of the documents will be sent to your email after dispatch.

Or they are available after creating a customer account.

All the documents issued by us also contain all the elements required by law and can be posted.

How do we refund your payments?

 

We will take care of the refund automatically within 14 working days in case of cancellation of the order or return of the goods.

In case of online payment by card, we refund the amount on the date of your purchase (depending on your bank).

We will inform you about the refund via email.

Can I return or exchange the purchased goods?

 

Yes, you can return your purchase within 14 days. Your only cost will be the postage to ship the package to us.
