Exchanges, Returns and Claims
Replacement procedure
- Choose new items, order and pay as for a new purchase
- You can inform us by email (not necessary)
- Send us the unsatisfactory goods together with your account number
- We will transfer the amount to your account upon receipt of the goods
Return procedure
- Use the form below (we have also sent it to your email)
- Fill in your account number on the form or invoice for a refund*
- Send us the goods
- When we receive the goods, we will transfer the amount to your account
Claim procedure
- You can inform us at reklamace@outdoorweb.cz
- In the email, please include your order number and the goods you want to claim
- Then briefly describe the defect
- We will then contact you by email with more detailed information

- For faster processing, please provide the following information: order number, product name and variant
- The goods that you will send back to our address must be in case of return or exchange within the legal period complete and in the condition in which you received them
- If the goods are returned, please enclose proof of purchase
- Please always use wrapping paper, foil or cardboard box
- Please mark the package with the word "RETURN OF GOODS" or "RECLAMATION" as appropriate
- Send the goods to our address
* (we will refund the full value of the postage for shipping towards you)
