Running backpacks and bags

A running backpack must be lightweight, form-fitting and well-designed – it shouldn't bounce or chafe during your run. Our models feature elastic construction, chest and hip straps, and pockets for soft bottles that you can reach without stopping.

When choosing, consider your run length: an hourly training session needs a backpack up to 5 litres, whilst long trails benefit from 8–12 litres with space for essential gear, hydration bladders and clothing layers. Also check back ventilation and the number of gel pockets.
