1. 3D Cushioned Padding - The development of digital 3D printing has allowed us to develop a new saddle without the limitations and restrictions imposed by traditional manufacturing methods and materials. The Adaptive saddle padding was produced by Carbon using their revolutionary Digital Light Synthesis technology. DLS is an additive manufacturing process that uses digital ultraviolet light projection, oxygen permeable optics and programmable liquid resins to produce parts with superior mechanical properties, resolution and surface finish.

2. ZONE TUNING TO MEASURE - Using carbon technology, biomechanists and engineers have an unprecedented capability: design and fabricate multiple functional zones in the saddle and individually tune each one for specific mechanical properties. Each of these key functional zones is designed for characteristic damping and mechanical response and gradually and seamlessly blends into a single padding. The result? A 60% reduction in peak pressure due to better weight distribution for greater comfort across the entire saddle area.

3. ARGO FOR ALL ROADS - Our most versatile saddle shape, the Argo fits a variety of bike types and surfaces. Whether you're riding on smooth asphalt or navigating technical terrain, the Argo saddle is designed to help the rider find a better posture and assume a firmer position for greater stability and better weight distribution. Plus, the shorter drop-nose design provides excellent support while taking a strong, aerodynamic position when pedaling.

4. DESIGN, TEST, RIDE - In developing the Adaptive's ideal comfort zones, we studied the different riding positions and pressure points of professional and amateur cyclists, both in physics labs and on open roads, gravel roads and trails. During each development phase, new iterations were rigorously tested with a strong focus on understanding how pressure ratios change with different bike geometries, riding positions and surface types.

5. DURABLE PERFORMANCE - The saddle is very easy to clean. Even the dirtiest road mud, gravel dust or trail spray can be simply rinsed off with a water hose. Whatever gets in goes out. Following strict protocols, we put it through the most rigorous tests simulating accelerated weather conditions, UV aging and wear resistance.
