The Trance 29 is a bike that takes the term "versatile trail bike" to a whole new level. It performs best on terrain where extra high travel is not needed, but even with a combination of 120 mm rear and 130 mm front travel, you'll feel like you're gliding through your favorite trail almost like on an enduro bike. Thanks to the flip chip inserts in the upper suspension rocker, you can adjust the geometry to suit your personal preferences or the terrain you ride most often. We manufacture ALUXX SL aluminum frames ourselves in our own factory, using high-quality alloy and advanced construction methods. This makes the frames very light, yet sufficiently stiff and strong. The upper suspension rocker is made of carbon (Advanced Forged Composite technology), which gives it greater stiffness and strength while reducing weight. There is an extra mount on the underside of the top tube for installing a tool box, for example.

Our patented Maestro suspension makes off-road riding more comfortable and enjoyable. Four carefully positioned pivots and two rockers work together to create a single virtual (floating) pivot point for the rear triangle. This neutralizes the effect of the rear brake and makes the system fully active and highly responsive to all types of uneven terrain. At the same time, there is no unwanted bouncing when pedaling, so you don't waste energy and ride more smoothly and faster.
The flip chip system allows you to adjust the geometry of the bike depending on the terrain or riding style. This is done using eccentric two-position inserts located in the upper suspension rocker arm. By turning them, you can change the angle of the head and seat tubes and the height of the pedaling center. For fast, aggressive terrain, the Low setting (angles of 65.5° and 76.3°) is ideal. The High position, on the other hand, is suitable for slower, more technical XC terrain (angles of 66.2° and 77°).
