Imagine a light, comfortable and great handling road bike, but more versatile. The Thrive is just that, with an aluminum frame, carbon fork, wider tires and straight handlebars that create a comfortable riding position and deliver more confidence than traditional road handlebars. This makes the Thrive an ideal bike for fitness rides, but you can also use it as a gravel bike or for riding around town.

The Thrive is built on a lightweight and comfortable ALUXX SL aluminium frame with an Advanced Composite carbon fork. The frame has a women-specific geometry for maximum comfort even on all-day rides. The overall look of the frame, and thus the bike, is enhanced by the bowden routing through the inside of the frame and the integrated saddle clamp. There are mounting points on the frame for installing two bottle baskets, a rear rack, mudguards and a kickstand.

ALUXX SL Aluminum Technology The state-of-the-art aluminum material is made primarily from 6011 alloy and provides a best-in-class strength-to-weight ratio. The frameset was created using a unique welding technology with a focus on performance riding style.
	Giant tubeless system Fewer flats. Better tire grip. Less rolling resistance, more comfortable and faster ride. With Giant's tubeless system, you can enjoy all these benefits. The rims come with tubeless tape and valves from the factory, so all you have to do is apply sealant and your wheels are fully ready for tubeless.
D-Fuse Saddle The D-Fuse saddle is designed to dampen vibration and absorb shock from the riding surface to make the ride more comfortable. This works by making the seatpost slightly springy under load, thanks to its specific "D" shape.
	Overdrive The oversize front fork post technology is designed to increase the stiffness of the front of the frameset and steering for precise bike handling. It includes oversize headset bearings (lower 1 1/4" and upper 1 1/8" on road bikes and lower 1 1/2" and upper 1 1/8" on MTB bikes) and a tapered fork post for optimal steering stiffness.

The frame geometry is tailored for straight handlebars and allows for a more upright body position for confident bike handling. Hydraulic disc brakes provide powerful stopping power and smooth modulation, improving bike handling, even in changeable weather. The brake calipers are mounted with modern flat mounts and 12mm solid axles provide the necessary stiffness. The OverDrive fork column increases steering stiffness and thus improves the bike's handling.

The carbon fork helps to dampen vibrations and increase your comfort, as does the D-Fuse seatpost, which, thanks to its specific "D" shape, allows for a slight "springing" and thus reduces the intensity of vibrations coming from the surface. The bike is equipped with a comfortable ladies' saddle and ergonomically shaped grips. Wider 700x40 gravel tyres with a regular fine tread pattern also contribute to increased comfort and confidence. The wheels and tyres are ready for tubeless operation.
