The all-new aluminium frame brings not only a more modern design and geometry, but also lower weight. New features include a rear thru-axle, which increases the stiffness of the connection between the rear wheel and the frame compared to a classic quick release, and a head tube for a tapered fork steerer, thanks to which the bike is more stable and easier to handle, especially on rocky descents and tight corners. Of course, there is internal cable routing including for a dropper seatpost, and there is also an integrated chainstay protector.

ALUXX Aluminium Technology A frame material focused on performance cycling, featuring 6061 alloy with single-butted tubes. It is used to produce strong and lightweight frame sets for various types of bikes and riding styles.

Our ALUXX aluminium frames deliver high stiffness and strength at a low weight. The modern “trail” frame geometry is adapted to the wheel size, which is either 27.5” (size XS and S) or 29” (S, M, L). The smaller wheel diameter provides well-balanced ride characteristics and excellent handling. Larger wheels roll over obstacles more easily, making off-road riding a bit more confident and faster. They also have better momentum and excellent traction, which shows for example in corners or when braking.

The Giant SXC32-2 air suspension fork with 80 or 100 mm travel (depending on wheel size) and a 15x110 mm thru-axle will smoothly absorb all bumps. On descents and technical sections you will definitely appreciate the handlebar-controlled dropper seatpost, which makes riding safer and more fun. Wider handlebars improve control, and 2.4” tyres add extra confidence. When braking, you can rely on hydraulic disc brakes.
