Children's knee protectors
To measure the lower part of the thighs, measure 10 cm above the centre of the knee, and to measure the calves, measure 15 cm below the centre of the knee. The measurement should fall into one of the following size categories.

Children's elbow protectors
Measure the wrist circumference behind the wrist bone for "wrist" and above the bicep at its smallest point for "upper bicep". The measurement should fall into one of the following size categories:
