Using the Fenix TK35R
The battery may have a insulating cap from the factory. Before first use, remove it.
The FlexiSensa Control dial on the end of the flashlight can be used to select the desired light mode: white light - locked - UV light.
Turn On/Off- When the flashlight is unlocked, press the Main Tactical Button on the end of the flashlight to turn it on, press the Press Button to activate it immediately.
Power Mode Switching and Strobe - Press the secondary function button to switch between power modes of the selected light color at any time during operation. The Maximum 5800 lumen mode can be directly activated at any time with the flashlight unlocked by holding down the main tactical button for 0.5 seconds. To switch to strobe mode with the flashlight on, hold the toggle button for 0.5 seconds. To turn the flashlight directly into strobe mode, press and hold the toggle button.
Note: Because UV light is generally invisible to the human eye, users may miss its activation in bright environments. To avoid unnecessary risks or damage caused by accidentally leaving the UV light on, the indicator in the function switch flashes alternately red and green when the UV light is on.
Lock On/Off Mode - When the flashlight is on, in any condition, turn the rotary switch to Lock On/Off Mode to turn the flashlight off and lock it. Pressing the buttons then does not turn the flashlight on.
Memory for last set mode - The flashlight has a memory and will always turn on in the last set mode, except for the strobe.
Changing Batteries - Unscrew the flashlight body and insert the batteries with the plus pole facing the head of the flashlight. Then fully tighten the body again.

Charging
Charging - Slide the charging port cover on the end of the flashlight, then connect the USB-C charging cable to the flashlight. The indicator in the switch button glows red during charging and turns green when fully charged. If charging fails or the batteries are inserted backwards, the battery status indicator will flash red or remain off to alert the user to check the batteries. When using a powerful 9V/3A USB power supply, fully discharged batteries will charge in 2 hours, and when using a 5V/2.4A USB power supply, batteries will charge in 4 hours.
Battery charge status indication - Each time the flashlight is turned on, the indication LED in the switch button will activate for three seconds. If the indicator LED is green, the battery is more than 85% charged. Green flashing indicates 50-85% capacity. If the LED is red, the battery is 25-50% charged. Red flashing indicates less than 25% of the battery capacity remains.
Battery Low Warning - If the battery voltage drops below the set level, the flashlight will reduce the brightness to a lower level. When the lowest power level is reached, the battery charge indicator will slowly flash red to remind users to recharge or replace the battery in a timely manner.
Intelligent Overheat Protection - If the flashlight temperature exceeds 60°C, the power will automatically be reduced. Once the temperature drops below 60°C, the power will gradually increase again.

Caution
Do not disassemble the sealed parts of the flashlight yourself, it will violate the warranty.

Do not point the flashlight directly into your or anyone else's eyes!
When shining UV light, protect your eyes with UV filter-equipped goggles.
Never use differently discharged batteries or batteries with different capacities.
Lock the flashlight or loosen the body a few turns to prevent accidental activation during storage or transport.
If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after extended use, replace them. The rings should also be lubricated to prevent erosion of the rubber. By following these rules, the flashlight will be properly protected against water.
If the flashlight flickers, does not switch to higher power modes, or does not light up, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Batteries are almost dead - replace them.
- The contacts inside the flashlight or battery holder are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
- The flashlight body is loose - add lubricant to the sealing rings and tighten.
