How to choose the right sizeTrekking poles are designed for demanding mountain hiking as well as for travellers who prioritise minimal pack weight. For LEKI trail (running) or trekking poles, the following guideline applies:
Your height × 0.68 → round up to the nearest 0 or 5.
Example: User height 182 cm × 0.68 = 123.76 cm → rounded to 125 cm.
This is the standard length for comfortable running or walking with your elbow at a natural angle of about 90°.
Measure the circumference of your palm as shown in the illustration. Compare the measured length with the lengths in the tables to determine the approximate size of your gloves.
