Slant Nose technology optimizes ski/snow contact with more action at the tip. Tip volume is reduced by 15%: less inertia, lighter. A livelier, more responsive ski, with easier edge control. The centre of gravity is shifted in two directions: - towards the inside edge for better weight/power transfer. Towards the skis, closer to the snow, for great ski-to-snow contact, precision and tolerance. This technology offers improved performance.
I-Box board combines a solid I-Beam center, minimizing torsional power loss underfoot. Two external brackets allow the ski to flex at the ends and torsionally adapt to the terrain. Recommended bindings: World Cup I-Box WC (Adults): Axial2 WC MXF only World Cup I-Box Composite (Juniors): Axial2, Axium
Modern sandwich construction with wood core, vertical walls, fiberglass and titanium or carbon reinforcement. The wooden core acts as the "backbone" of the ski and adds more connection to the snow. The rectangular structure allows for improved flex distribution, while the vertical walls ensure an immediate and firm grip.
