ROSSIGNOL EXPERIENCE 88 skis are suitable for skiers who ski in deep powder, ungroomed terrain or even on groomed slopes and are looking for a stable, easy to turn ski. This model is made with a wood core sandwich construction and features vertical sidewalls and a Cascade tip. Thanks to the Extended camber system, the ski is exceptionally quiet and stable in the edge turn throughout its length. Rocker deflection allows for easy transition from arc to arc and efficient cruising in deep snow.
ROSSIGNOL EXPERIENCE 88 is a ski designed for experienced skiers who want to enjoy riding, whether on ungroomed terrain or on groomed slopes in medium-length turns.
This model is the non-binding version.

New generation parabolic ski technology. This technology allows the ski to adapt instantly to the terrain and snow conditions. AUTOTURN technology = deep cut and lift rocker at each end. This technology allows for uncompromising grip in the underfoot area, control and balance at the tip and tail. On firm snow on the piste, only the middle part of the ski seems to exist and the tip and tail almost disappear thanks to the Rocker element. The ALIAS is therefore an attacking, very controllable ski, but also very forgiving and safe: it makes skiing easier. On soft snow, or at higher speeds, the tip and tail engage with the snow, providing stability and balance. AUTOTURN technology connects the ski to the skier, providing stability and safety, while maintaining the control and grip of a shorter ski.
Sidecut continues beyond the rocker tip and tail contact points. Sidecut increases speed and sharp edges, enhanced by sidewalls along the entire length of the edge. At lower speeds and angles, the cut provides easy maneuverability.

The new Cascade Tip uses various shapes of metal and fiberglass laminates in graduated lengths, providing easy maneuverability. Uniquely layered shapes control tip strength, smooth and perfect arc initiation and full edge-to-surface contact. Lighter tip weight improves ski weight for quick and responsive control.

New wider metal binding-board interface increases torsional stiffness for improved performance and precision. The control beam combined with Twin VAS (Visco Material) absorbs vibration and allows power to be transferred directly to the ski tips. The easy-to-adjust, tangle-free binding, along with the integrated TPX system, ensures easy operation.
