How to choose the right sizeThe HRC MAX is an extremely lightweight cross-country skiing pole that will meet even the highest demands of the World Cup. It is made of high-strength and high-stiffness HMC Worldcup carbon and features perfect power transfer and swing behaviour. The anatomically shaped loop and two-component cork handle ensure power and control in every phase of the club's swing.
The Trigger Shark 2.0 system has an anti-twist lock and allows for a lightning fast release from the grip. Both the tip and plate can be interchanged to suit track conditions and rebuilt for summer training. The freesize version of this pole is for the most demanding users - the length of the pole is cut by such an individual before installing the included separate handle! The necessary tools can be found in the package.

For LEKI trail (running) or trekking poles, the following guideline applies:
Your height × 0.68 → round up to the nearest 0 or 5.
Example: User height 182 cm × 0.68 = 123.76 cm → rounded to 125 cm.
This is the standard length for comfortable running or walking with your elbow at a natural angle of about 90°.
Measure the circumference of your palm as shown in the illustration. Compare the measured length with the lengths in the tables to determine the approximate size of your gloves.
