Lightweight windproof anorak made of high-density cotton fabric, ideal as an outer layer for winter activities in the mountains. The cotton has been calendered (subjected to pressure and heat) to create a fabric that is water repellent, wind resistant, well ventilated and can be waxed for extra protection from inclement weather. The generous cut and side zippers make it easy to put on and take off, and the storm belt between the legs keeps the anorak in place even in stormy weather.

The seams are double-stitched and coated on the inside with thin edging tape, sewn with Coats Dual Duty thread (a high-strength polyester thread with a fiber core and cotton coating) for durability and weather resistance. Buttons with stainless steel finish applied using an energy-saving plating technique to reduce water and chemical consumption.

The anorak has a close-fitting hood with a stiff but moldable brim and a one-hand adjustable back. Two hand pockets and one kangaroo pocket with an inner envelope pocket for essentials. The cuffs are reinforced with durable reflective yarn trim and the drawcord channel at the hem is reinforced with Ripstape.
