When we say spacious, we mean an uncompromising 16 litres. New main material Nylon Robic (PU wrap 1500 mm H20), very durable and lightweight fabric is used. Exposed areas where the bag touches the seatpost and seat stays made of abrasion resistant and non-shrinking Hypalon material.
1. Hypalon saddlebag attachment straps with Hypalon flap backing.
2. The strap around the seat stays is polypropylene, sheathed in Hypalon to guarantee maximum possible fixation and eliminate movement of the pannier on the stays.
3. There are 4 straps (each with three loops) on the top of the pannier for attaching additional equipment and flashes. The bag includes a removable waterproof liner (weighted Nylon RipStop fabric, PU 5000 mm with taped seams), which is guaranteed to keep the contents of the bag dry.
4. The stressed seams are secured with Bartack stitch (zigzag), all threads used are polyester with large diameter thread for maximum strength.
5. Strap chain on the bottom of the pannier for attaching it to the side compression straps of the pack for easy transport of the pannier in rugged terrain where full use of the bike's stroke is needed or in vehicles.
