SKIMO Nanotech are 10 spiked aluminium crampons with front steel spikes, specially developed for ski mountaineering. The construction of the crampons is based on ultralight 7075 aluminium. The front spikes, made of highly durable Sandvik Nanoflex stainless steel, allow safe climbing even on steeper frozen and icy slopes. A huge advantage of the CAMP SKIMO Nanotech crampons is the central connecting bridge, which has holes drilled asynchronously in two rows, allowing more precise adjustment of the crampon size. Another feature is the ability to adjust the size to smaller boots by simply moving the connecting bridge to the heel edge. The crampons can thus be easily adjusted to shoe sizes 210-330mm (EU size 36-46). The SKIMO Nanotech crampons are ready for shoes with a front trapeze, which can also be turned upside down to adapt the crampons to shoes that have a lower front trapeze than standard shoes. The crampons can also be optimized for shoes without a toe rail, just purchase the CAMP SKIMO Semi-Automatic Toe Bail accessory. The SKIMO Nanotech crampons also allow you to replace the center linking bridge with the CAMP Skimo Dyneema Linking Strap, further reducing both the weight of the crampons and the pack size.
