The Osprey Sirrus 34 women’s hiking backpack is designed for all-day hikes where you’ll appreciate comfort, stability and excellent back ventilation.

Thanks to the AirSpeed™ suspension with a mesh back panel and LightWire frame, the pack offers exceptional airflow and comfort even on longer ascents. The spacious 34-litre capacity is complemented by practical pocket organisation, helping you keep perfect track of your kit.

The well-thought-out design provides easy access to the main compartment via a double zip, while the separate bottom compartment is ideal, for example, for a sleeping bag or wet clothing. Front, side and hipbelt pockets ensure quick access to small essentials while walking. The backpack also includes an integrated raincover to protect your gear when the weather changes suddenly.

Most OSPREY backpacks are equipped with an adjustable back system that can be lengthened or shortened by up to 10 cm. In addition, there are also standard sizes:

S/M (M; MD) – for people up to approximately 178 cm.
M/L (L; LG; L/XL) – for people taller than 178 cm.

New size labels

Some men's backpacks are available in size L/XL. This corresponds to the standard size M/L (L; LG) and is also intended for users taller than 178 cm.

Special models
