The bag is produced in 2 sizes differing in the length of the bag (M=40cm and L=48cm). The main material used is Cordura Ecomade Ripstop (PU 1500mm H2O), a durable fabric made from recycled PET bottles.

The bag includes a removable waterproof liner (Nylon ripstop fabric, PU 5000mm with taped seams), which is guaranteed to keep the transported contents of the bag dry. The rolling entrance to the bag is secured with a Polypropylene "V" strap (100% recyclable) with a Duraflex Xlite easy access buckle (-20°C) for easy gloved operation.

The perimeter of the pannier is reinforced with thicker Cordura Ecomade fabric for increased abrasion resistance and padded with foam to ensure the pannier holds its shape well and its fill doesn't damage the frame while riding.
Inner side wall of the pannier with a distinctive lining and mesh pockets for easy orientation.
In the front of the pannier is a Polypropylene strap (100% recyclable) with a Duraflex Camlok buckle.
The stressed seams are secured with Bartack stitch (zigzag), all threads used are Polyester with large diameter thread for maximum strength.
