The Advanced Composite carbon frame and Advanced SL Composite fork combine to deliver low weight, high efficiency, and perfect handling. A two-position flip chip system located in the rear dropouts allows you to adjust the wheelbase: short for faster handling or long for more tire clearance (up to 53 mm) and greater stability. The frame also allows you to choose the type of seatpost, so you can use either the Giant D-Fuse seatpost for greater comfort or a standard round (i.e., telescopic) 30.9 mm seatpost.

The frame has lower seat stays with a smaller diameter for even better shock and vibration absorption. The D-Fuse SLR carbon seatpost and Contact SLR XR D-Fuse carbon handlebars also contribute to greater comfort and reduced fatigue on rough roads or long distances – both work together as a system and flex slightly under load, without compromising stiffness when cornering, climbing, or riding out of the saddle. Internally routed cables offer a clean and aesthetic cockpit appearance and improved aerodynamic performance. Easily accessible storage space in the down tube allows you to safely carry tools, nutrition, and other essentials. Additional integrated mounts on the top tube, fork, and rear triangle make it easy to install bags or fenders. All-new, specially shaped frame protection (under the chain and on the down tube) helps protect the frame from impacts and also dampens noise.
Founded in 1972, Giant is the largest bicycle manufacturer in the world.
Giant is the world's leading brand of high quality bicycles and cycling equipment. As part of the Giant Group, founded in 1972, the Giant brand combines craftsmanship, advanced technology and innovative design.
Giant has long been one of the leading innovators in cycling. They introduced lighter and stronger aluminium frames at a time when steel was the industry standard. They were the first to make carbon fibre bikes widely available to the world. They defined modern road bike design with Compact Road geometry. And the patented Maestro suspension revolutionized the full-suspension bike segment.

| Weight | Unfortunately, there is no standard for weighing bikes that all manufacturers adhere to, and the weights listed are often inaccurate. To find out the exact weight of a bike in a given size, you need to have the bike weighed at the store, as well as a model from a competing brand – this is the only way to get accurate figures for weight comparison. |
