Whether you're riding the new Reign with both 29" wheels or in a mullet configuration, this modern enduro machine is designed to push your limits even on very difficult terrain. The upgraded, higher travel Maestro rear suspension will soak up whatever the trail throws your way, and a new three-position flip chip lets you adjust the frame geometry for maximum fit.
We've modified the Maestro rear suspension to provide more travel (160mm vs. 146mm on the previous generation) - tuning and testing was done in the extreme conditions of EWS - World Enduro Series races. The trunnion mounted shock has a longer stroke (62.5 mm compared to 60 mm for the previous generation). The Advanced Forged Composite carbon upper control arm gives the suspension system the stiffness it needs while reducing weight.

With the new flip chip with three positions (low - mid - high) you can tune the bike geometry to suit the terrain, riding style and also the size of the rear wheel. You can choose a head tube angle of 63.5, 63.9 or 64.2 and the corresponding seat tube angle of 78.3, 78.7 or 79, and the change will also adequately affect the height of the centre of the pedal - the BB drop is 35, 30 or 25 mm.
The new Reign is designed so that you can choose to keep the 29" rear wheel (which the Reign models come standard with) or swap it for a 27.5" wheel. The larger rear wheel improves stability and overcoming bumps, while the mullet configuration (i.e. mixed wheels) delivers greater wheel agility and agility. Alternatively, the rear wheel can be swapped out as needed - a quick and easy change that allows you to achieve the desired bike characteristics depending on where and how you ride the bike.
Founded in 1972, Giant is the largest bicycle manufacturer in the world.
Giant is the world's leading brand of high quality bicycles and cycling equipment. As part of the Giant Group, founded in 1972, the Giant brand combines craftsmanship, advanced technology and innovative design.
Giant has long been one of the leading innovators in cycling. They introduced lighter and stronger aluminium frames at a time when steel was the industry standard. They were the first to make carbon fibre bikes widely available to the world. They defined modern road bike design with Compact Road geometry. And the patented Maestro suspension revolutionized the full-suspension bike segment.

| Weight | Unfortunately, there is no standard for weighing bikes that all manufacturers adhere to, and the weights listed are often inaccurate. To find out the exact weight of a bike in a given size, you need to have the bike weighed at the store, as well as a model from a competing brand – this is the only way to get accurate figures for weight comparison. |
