Trigger system
The trigger system allows for better control due to the direct connection between the hand and the stick. Quick snap in and out is no problem and the safety release can protect against injury. All Trigger loops and gloves are compatible with all Trigger poles.

For LEKI trail (running) or trekking poles, the following guideline applies:
Your height × 0.68 → round up to the nearest 0 or 5.
Example: User height 182 cm × 0.68 = 123.76 cm → rounded to 125 cm.
This is the standard length for comfortable running or walking with your elbow at a natural angle of about 90°.
Measure the circumference of your palm as shown in the illustration. Compare the measured length with the lengths in the tables to determine the approximate size of your gloves.
