If you discover any defect on your backpack, we will always try to repair or replace it free of charge (within its reasonable lifetime). In cases of wear and tear or accidental damage, we will then try to repair it for a reasonable price. As part of our efforts to protect the environment, we try, whenever possible, to repair products rather than replace them.
Below are some examples of what type of damage is eligible under the warranty.

Fabric If we find that the fabric was damaged during manufacturing, then this is something we could repair free of charge. Fabric that is torn or pulled out of a seam will not be handled free of charge; however, we will be able to help with the repair. |

Zips Zips are constructed with a continuous row of teeth that is sewn to a length of material and then inserted into the backpack. Accidental damage and issues resulting from poor maintenance of these zips are not covered by the warranty, but can be repaired. |

Stitching All our backpacks are built to the highest standards. Stitching faults are covered by the warranty. If stitches have been cut or pulled out by excessive force, they cannot be repaired free of charge under the warranty, but they can be repaired for a reasonable price.

Cases in which the All Mighty Guarantee does not apply:
- 1. Choosing the wrong size
- 2. Personal preference – an unsuitable colour, model or size cannot be claimed
- 3. The product must not be repaired by a third party
- 4. Wear and tear that affects only the appearance and not the function of the backpack
- 5. Accidental damage
- 6. Damage caused by chemicals or fire
- 7. Damage incurred during air transport
If your issue cannot be covered by the All Mighty Guarantee, you can still contact Osprey; they will offer you a repair of the product for a reasonable price.

What is the reasonable lifetime of my backpack? Reasonable lifetime refers to the extent of use you can expect from it. We assess each case individually; a backpack that is used every day will reach the end of its reasonable lifetime sooner than one that is used once a year. |
Choosing the Right Size for Your OSPREY Backpack
Most OSPREY backpacks are equipped with an adjustable back system that can be lengthened or shortened by up to 10 cm. In addition, there are also standard sizes:
- S/M (M; MD) – for people up to approximately 178 cm.
- M/L (L; LG; L/XL) – for people taller than 178 cm.
New size labels
Some men's backpacks are available in size L/XL. This corresponds to the standard size M/L (L; LG) and is also intended for users taller than 178 cm.
Special models
- EXOS, LEVITY – also available in size S (SM), suitable for shorter men, juniors, and women (approx. 160–170 cm).
Women's Backpacks
Attention! Some women's backpacks are available in two sizes of the back system:
- WS (WXS/WS; XS/S) – for women up to approx. 168 cm.
- WM (WM/WL) – for women taller than 168 cm.
- WL – for women's running backpacks, designed for people approximately 173 cm and taller.
