Quite a long rocker, progressive only in the tip of the ski. Absorbs terrain bumps and allows the ski to float through powder. Makes pivoting easier and saves energy even when skiing off groomed slopes. The ski's flat tail allows skiers to freeride and jump at high speed.
The wood core is hollower in the center where pressure is less and in turn the exterior of the ski is stiffer, improving power transfer to the edges. This makes the ski lighter and improves not only handling but also performance and control. The titanal top plate is cut to respect the shape of the core. Strengths: light weight / grip / ski-snow contact.
Traditional sandwich technology based on wood and titanal layers guaranteeing excellent carving and torsional stiffness. The strength lies in the two fibreglass layers, whose basic weight (thickness) varies depending on the model and the skier's requirements. The double melamine/phenol sidewalls guarantee flexibility and strength in different phases of the arc, according to the skier's needs.
