The kitchen knife is designed for peeling fruits and vegetables, but can also be used for cutting herbs, sausages and vegetables. The tip of the knife can be used for removing various impurities on vegetables, or cutting the peels on citrus fruits. The knife has a 90 mm long, curved blade with a bottom cut and is made of high quality 420 stainless steel with a hardness of 53-55 HRc.
The handle is made of durable polypropylene (PP), has an ergonomic shape for a comfortable and secure grip and is roughened. This roughening and protrusions on the front and back prevent slipping of the hand and subsequent injury.
- The total length of the knife is 200 mm.
- The kitchen knife can be washed in the dishwasher.
- Each production batch-batch is marked with a special ID in order to monitor the high quality of production.
