How to choose the right sizeMakalu poles are equipped with the new Aergon Air grip. The latest generation of grips specially designed for trekking has once again been optimised for comfort and control, and refined in detail in every respect.

For LEKI trail (running) or trekking poles, the following guideline applies:
Your height × 0.68 → round up to the nearest 0 or 5.
Example: User height 182 cm × 0.68 = 123.76 cm → rounded to 125 cm.
This is the standard length for comfortable running or walking with your elbow at a natural angle of about 90°.
Measure the circumference of your palm as shown in the illustration. Compare the measured length with the lengths in the tables to determine the approximate size of your gloves.
