How to choose the right sizeThe Griffin Tune 3D Boa® Gloves feature the innovative Boa® Fit System, which allows for progressive adjustments and a perfect fit to the hands. Together with the Trigger 3D system, they give the user complete control over the ski poles.
The glove material is a high quality combination of goatskin, softshell and neoprene, while the palm is also 100% goatskin and features an additional Silicone Nash applique for increased grip on the pole.
The glove offers a comfortable fit and cold resistance thanks to Primaloft® insulation and Micro Bemberg lining. The mf touch feature allows you to control smartphones and similar devices right in the glove.

The Trigger System offers a greater level of control by directly connecting your hand and stick. Quick snapping in and out is no problem and the safety lock can protect the user from injury. All Trigger loops and gloves are compatible with all Trigger clubs. - BOA® Fit System

For LEKI trail (running) or trekking poles, the following guideline applies:
Your height × 0.68 → round up to the nearest 0 or 5.
Example: User height 182 cm × 0.68 = 123.76 cm → rounded to 125 cm.
This is the standard length for comfortable running or walking with your elbow at a natural angle of about 90°.
Measure the circumference of your palm as shown in the illustration. Compare the measured length with the lengths in the tables to determine the approximate size of your gloves.
