1. Unique HANWAG Bead technology for maximum cushioning and energy return
   A special eTPU cushioning insert integrated into the heel area absorbs impacts on landing and returns the generated energy into every next step, while the entire midsole cleverly combines the stability and durability of PU with the low weight and elasticity of eTPU – this technology, developed in collaboration with BASF, is completely unique in the outdoor footwear industry.
2. Waterproof breathability without compromise thanks to the PFAS-free GORE-TEX ePE membrane
   The premium nubuck leather upper combined with the ePE GORE-TEX membrane ensures full waterproofness and excellent breathability, without the use of PFAS substances, so the shoe protects the foot in wet weather without giving up comfort for all-day wear.
