Main material used is Nylon Robic (PU wrap 1500mm H20), durable and lightweight fabric. Clear lining inside the bag for easy orientation inside. Adjustable position Velcro straps for fixing to handlebars and stem. Duraflex buckle on the bottom strap of the pannier (attaches to the fork crown).
Polypropylene straps have a coarse texture and do not slip in buckles. Stressed seams are secured with Bartack stitch (zigzag), all threads used are polyester with large diameter fibres for maximum strength. The bag holds a Pinguin Tritan Fat Bottle 1000 ml with a wide mouth. It can also be used to carry food or as an emergency bag for anything you need to keep on hand at all times.
