The Fuel EXe 9.7, with its revolutionary and unobtrusive engine, delivers an unprecedented mountain biking experience. It adds pedaling support to the playfulness, lightness and liveliness of a classic mountain bike for smooth climbing. OCLV carbon mountain bike frame with 360Wh battery completely hidden in the frame and TQ roller harmonic converter with smart charging port, integrated LED display and unobtrusive handlebar-mounted controller. 150mm FOX Rhythm 36 fork with Float EVOL air spring and GRIP shock and 140mm FOX Performance Float X rear suspension. There are also tubeless-ready wheels and tires and a 12-speed derailleur that combines Shimano SLX and XT components.
The Fuel EXe 9.7 is a playful trail bike with a bit of extra help on the climbs, but acts like a traditional bike on the descents. It's got a top-of-the-line TQ drivetrain, 150mm of travel for a smooth ride through rocky terrain, and a drivetrain with the best components where it matters most.

TREK is headquartered in Waterloo, Wisconsin. The family-owned business was founded by Richard Burke in 1976, starting out in a small steel bicycle factory with just five employees.
