The Osprey Farpoint 55 travel backpack offers a well-thought-out combination of a large main pack and a practical daypack. The 40-litre main compartment is complemented by a detachable 15-litre pack, giving you a flexible system ideal for long trips, weekend getaways and everyday city exploring. It combines the construction of a hiking pack with practical travel features, making packing organised and comfortable.

The carry system with adjustable torso length, a load-distributing frame and a breathable back panel ensures comfort even when worn for longer periods. When travelling, the shoulder straps and hip belt can be easily stowed away to help prevent damage during transport.

The detachable daypack also meets most personal-item requirements for air travel, while the main pack can be stored in the overhead locker.

Most OSPREY backpacks are equipped with an adjustable back system that can be lengthened or shortened by up to 10 cm. In addition, there are also standard sizes:

S/M (M; MD) – for people up to approximately 178 cm.
M/L (L; LG; L/XL) – for people taller than 178 cm.

New size labels

Some men's backpacks are available in size L/XL. This corresponds to the standard size M/L (L; LG) and is also intended for users taller than 178 cm.

Special models
