Most notably the CINCH option for single chainring attachment, or a carrier for double chainrings. The latter gives these cranks great variability and the ability to be used on any bike. That's why the cranks are only supplied with an axle. The derailleur is ordered separately and assembled as a kit in the particular dream specification.
