The Osprey Duro LT men’s running vest is an ultra-light, soft and easily packable vest designed for fast, dynamic runs. Thanks to the back panel made from elastic structured mesh with 360° stretch and the dual sternum straps, the vest fits the body perfectly, stabilises the load and completely eliminates uncomfortable bouncing even during intense movement.

The vest includes two 500 ml Hydraulics™ soft flasks with WingStay™ stabilisers, which hold firmly in place and ensure easy access to hydration. A well-thought-out pocket layout, including a spacious pass-through lumbar pocket, provides plenty of space for gels, energy bars and other essentials you need to keep close at hand while running.

Maximum stability without bouncing:
The elastic back panel combined with dual adjustable sternum cords and rubber bottle retention ensures the vest won’t move while running.
Complete hydration system:
The package includes two 500 ml soft flasks, each weighing just 40 grams and featuring a removable stabilising element.
Sustainable production with certification:
The vest carries the prestigious bluesign® PRODUCT label, guaranteeing the use of recycled materials and compliance with strict environmental and social criteria.

Choosing the Right Size for Your OSPREY Backpack

Most OSPREY backpacks are equipped with an adjustable back system that can be lengthened or shortened by up to 10 cm. In addition, there are also standard sizes:

S/M (M; MD) – for people up to approximately 178 cm.
M/L (L; LG; L/XL) – for people taller than 178 cm.

New size labels

Some men's backpacks are available in size L/XL. This corresponds to the standard size M/L (L; LG) and is also intended for users taller than 178 cm.

Special models

EXOS, LEVITY – also available in size S (SM), suitable for shorter men, juniors, and women (approx. 160–170 cm).
