Vegan version that tastes just as good as the real thing.Chilli con Carne is a classic one-pot dish, so we wanted to create Chilli non Carne so that vegetarians could enjoy the same warming flavor on a cold evening in the mountains.We use healthy soy seasoned with paprika, cumin, and sweet tomatoes to create the much-loved flavor of chili. Then we add crunchy red peppers, nutty red beans, and a subtle hint of ancho and chipotle spices to complete our South American classic.
