The blade (L. 8,5 cm) is made of Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel. Thanks to the addition of chrome, it is anti-corrosive and requires no special maintenance. The carbon content of at least 0.40% provides excellent cutting properties.
Virobloc stainless steel safety ring has two parts, one fixed and one sliding. To lock the blade in the open position (safety in use), it is possible to lock the blade closed (safety in transport).
The ergonomic handle is made of lacquered French hornbeam and includes a handy lanyard.
