The BUTCHER PROFI 319-ND-15LUX PROFI is a butcher knife for stabbing, skewering or slicing. In essence, it is a universal kitchen knife for any use and is one of the most used in the kitchen. The 319-ND-15LUX PROFI is ideal for boning and cutting meat, trimming tendons and fatty meats. The tapered blade will help to easily debone around joints and bones.
The blade also contains Molybdenum and Vanadium alloys which give the blade greater cutting and abrasion resistance. The handles ensure a comfortable and secure grip on the knife.
