The MIKOV 310-NH-15 REZNAVLEK knife is an excellent companion for every household, it allows comfortable slicing and boning, it is suitable for slicing herbs and vegetables. The knife is ideal for boning and cutting meat, trimming tendons and fatty meat.
The knife is made from a quality blade containing extra Molybdenum and Vanadium alloys, which give the blade greater cutting and abrasion resistance. The blade has a conical (wedge-shaped) cut and boasts a high edge. The high-quality blade has an ergonomic shape for a comfortable and secure grip with all fingers.
