To achieve the best possible properties, it also contains elements such as silicon, carbon, molybdenum and vanadium. Its hardness reaches 57 - 59 degrees on the Rockwell scale.The wooden handle of the closing knives gives the user a specific feeling in the hand, completely different from knives with a plastic handle. Beech is the most commonly used material. However, the more exotic bubinga is also very popular with its dark brown to red colour and the smooth olive is also available.
