The powerful Fenix TK25 UV tactical flashlight offers a peak lumen output of up to 1000 ANSI lumens of white light, plus two UV LEDs with up to 3000 mW of power and a 365 nm wavelength. The ultraviolet light allows, for example, a quick authenticity check of documents, banknotes and credit cards. It can also be used for checking the purity or quality of materials, curing UV adhesives or for forensic analysis.

The very robust and waterproof design and the double-layer body construction predestines this tactical flashlight for demanding working conditions. The Fenix TK25 UV flashlight uses a dual tactical switch that allows for faster and more reliable control in crisis situations. For example, it can be easily switched directly into strobe mode. The flashlight is powered by a digitally controlled constant current to guarantee a constant light output even when the battery voltage is reduced (when the batteries are slowly discharging).

The Fenix TK25 UV has a total of five white light modes with up to 110 hours of light and one ultraviolet light mode. Switching between white and ultraviolet light modes is very easy, just turn the head of the flashlight 90°. However, due to the magnetic sensors in the head of the flashlight, it cannot be used with a magnetic gun mount, which interferes with its proper function.

All flashlight parameters (luminous flux, battery life, waterproofness, range and shock resistance) are measured in accordance with ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009.

Fenix TK25 UV Flashlight Controls
Press the larger button located on the end of the flashlight to turn on, press the button to activate immediately. Press the adjacent toggle button to switch between power modes at any time during operation. To switch to flash mode with the flashlight on, hold the toggle button for approximately 1 second. To turn the flashlight directly into strobe mode, press and hold the toggle button. Switch between white and UV light modes by turning the head of the flashlight 90°.
Caution: do not shine UV light into the eyes, it may cause eye damage.
Intelligent overheat protection - if the flashlight temperature rises above 65°C, it will automatically start to reduce power in gradual steps of 5% every 30 seconds until the temperature stabilizes. As soon as the lamp temperature drops below 65°C, the power will automatically increase to the original level again. Thus, operation at the highest power mode is not limited by time, but only by temperature.
Battery Low Warning - the flashlight automatically switches to the lowest mode and flashes 3 times every five minutes.

Warning
Use only high quality 3V CR123A batteries and 18650 Li-ion batteries to prevent damage to the flashlight, for example due to battery leakage. Insert the batteries with the positive pole towards the head of the flashlight. If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after prolonged use, replace them. The rings should also be lubricated to prevent erosion of the rubber. By following these rules, the flashlight will be properly protected against water. If the flashlight blinks, does not switch to higher power modes, or does not light up, it may be due to one of the following:
Batteries are almost dead - replace them.
Contacts inside the flashlight are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
Head, body, or back of the flashlight is loose, tighten them.
