SPOKEY ACTIVE FORM, 2 kg Set of weights

Increase the intensity of each exercise with the Spokey ACTIVE FORM dumbbell set. Two 2 kg dumbbells are easily attached to the wrists or ankles and add weight to fitness, strength and functional training. The adjustable Velcro and soft neoprene ensure a comfortable and stable hold during movement.

1. Higher load for more demanding training
The 2 kg weight on each limb significantly increases the intensity of selected exercises and allows you to follow up with lighter versions. The suitability depends on the type of movement and your capabilities, and they can also be used by beginners with controlled execution.
2. Comfortable and adaptable hold
The Velcro straps can be adjusted to the circumference of the wrist or ankle, the soft neoprene contributes to comfort, and the flexible filling made of powdered iron adapts to the shape of the limb and helps to distribute the weight more evenly.
