SPOKEY ACTIVE FORM, 1,5 kg Set of weights

Want to add more intensity to your workout? The Spokey ACTIVE FORM set of two dumbbells with a weight of 2 x 1.5 kg increases the intensity of fitness and functional exercises and other physical activities. The dumbbells are attached to the wrists or ankles, and the Velcro strap makes it easy to adjust the circumference. The soft neoprene surface helps maintain comfort during movement.

1. Higher load for more demanding training
The weight of 1.5 kg on each limb increases the intensity of selected exercises and can be used in conjunction with the lighter 2 x 1 kg option. The suitability depends on the type of movement and the user’s capabilities.
2. Comfortable wearing and universal use
The adjustable Velcro fastening and soft neoprene surface allow the dumbbells to be adjusted to the wrists and ankles. The flexible iron filling adapts to the shape of the limb and helps distribute the weight more evenly.
