DOUBLE INMOULD TECHNOLOGY
Foam layer technology injected directly into the hard outer shell. PC/polycarbonate is the material used in the manufacture of the helmet's top shell. The polycarbonate shell is firmly bonded to the EPS inner material. The EPS material is directly injection molded into the polycarbonate top shell to create an inseparable one-piece unit. The one-piece unit absorbs point impacts on sharp objects and the force applied to the helmet is distributed over its entire surface, therefore the head is perfectly protected. Double InMould technology also has a second polycarbonate layer to protect the outer edges from damage.
