How to choose the right sizeIf you ride really fast, you need reliable gear. Robust aluminium poles for disciplines requiring speed are equipped with the new Trigger 3D-Pro G handle. The new Trigger 3D system allows for better control thanks to a direct connection between the glove and the stick, more comfortable handling with quick snap-on and snap-off, and greater safety margins thanks to an intelligent three-dimensional release that quadruples the release spectrum. With an aerodynamic profile, Airfoil allows for low air resistance and makes it easier to use the stick at high tempos.

For LEKI trail (running) or trekking poles, the following guideline applies:
Your height × 0.68 → round up to the nearest 0 or 5.
Example: User height 182 cm × 0.68 = 123.76 cm → rounded to 125 cm.
This is the standard length for comfortable running or walking with your elbow at a natural angle of about 90°.
Measure the circumference of your palm as shown in the illustration. Compare the measured length with the lengths in the tables to determine the approximate size of your gloves.
