How to choose the right sizeThe 16mm tubular high-strength aluminium poles are ideal for junior slalom racers. The Airfoil design ensures optimal aerodynamics. This includes the newly developed Trigger 3D-Slalom handle.
The new Trigger 3D system allows for better control thanks to the direct connection between the glove and the shaft, more comfortable operation by quick snapping in and out, and greater safety margins thanks to the intelligent three-dimensional release that quadruples the release spectrum.
Trigger 3D SL
The Trigger 3D SL features the Trigger System. Thanks to the finger recesses, the stick fits optimally in the hand. Its special shape makes it the ideal slalom handle.

For LEKI trail (running) or trekking poles, the following guideline applies:
Your height × 0.68 → round up to the nearest 0 or 5.
Example: User height 182 cm × 0.68 = 123.76 cm → rounded to 125 cm.
This is the standard length for comfortable running or walking with your elbow at a natural angle of about 90°.
Measure the circumference of your palm as shown in the illustration. Compare the measured length with the lengths in the tables to determine the approximate size of your gloves.
