VPD Air Flow Knee pads bring a new level of comfort to protection. The protectors have been lightweight and flexible before, but the new VPD Air Flow protectors boast a comfortable and secure fit with no cumbersome straps and no scrubbing of material due to your natural movement on the bike. Simply put, these protectors are designed so you can put them on and forget about them.
Inspired by the fit of road cycling bib shorts, the VPD Air Flow Knee Protectors stretch long down the thigh for maximum grip and security and prevent movement when pedaling.
The shorts are certified to EN1621-1, Level 1 standards, yet are naturally thin, giving them a simple aesthetic that combines comfort and absolute flexibility. There are only two seams on the entire pad to enhance comfort all around and maximize flexibility. The unobtrusive look of the pads is further enhanced by the POC logo in the tone.

POC was founded in 2005 and first entered the market at ISPO, where it also presented its mission. POC's new ideas and solutions to improve the safety of ski racing by reducing the force transmitted to the brain and body in the event of an accident have received a lot of attention.
The concepts, technologies and materials used and implemented for the helmets and pads were developed in close collaboration with the POC Lab; POC's scientific forum comprising the world's leading sports medicine experts, brain scientists and spinal cord injury specialists.
