How to choose the right sizeThe LEKI Ultratrail FX.One poles are a professional tool designed for trail runners who demand maximum performance in challenging terrain. Their folding design with a length of 120 cm and a weight of just 167 g makes them the ideal partner for any trail challenge.
Thanks to the four-section Push Button folding system, the poles fold down to a compact 36 cm, so they can be easily stored in a backpack or vest without sacrificing performance. - Revolutionary Trail Trigger Shark system for perfect power transfer
The Trail Trigger Shark grip with Air Channel construction was developed as the first grip-and-strap system specifically for trail running. Thanks to the direct connection between hand and pole, it ensures optimal power transfer to the centre of the pole and allows quick clipping in and out with one finger. As an alternative, a compatible trigger glove can also be used, giving the system maximum handling flexibility. - Ultra-light carbon construction for maximum weight savings

For LEKI trail (running) or trekking poles, the following guideline applies:
Your height × 0.68 → round up to the nearest 0 or 5.
Example: User height 182 cm × 0.68 = 123.76 cm → rounded to 125 cm.
This is the standard length for comfortable running or walking with your elbow at a natural angle of about 90°.
Measure the circumference of your palm as shown in the illustration. Compare the measured length with the lengths in the tables to determine the approximate size of your gloves.
