With a weight of just 139 g at a length of 120 cm and a folded length of only 35 cm, these four-section poles are among the lightest and most compact racing poles on the market. The revolutionary Trail Trigger Shark system ensures that the power of every swing is transferred exactly where you need it.

The Trail Trigger Shark system combines an ergonomic 1K Foam grip with the Trigger Shark Mesh Strap, which transfers force directly into the centre of the pole. Putting the pole on and taking it off can be done with a single finger, and as an alternative you can also use a compatible trigger glove – the system is fully compatible with all straps and gloves in the Shark range. - HRC max carbon construction for maximum lightness and strength
All four pole segments are made from top racing-grade HRC max carbon, optimised specifically for minimal weight. The slim tube diameter ensures precise swing behaviour and reliable stability even in demanding race terrain.

For LEKI trail (running) or trekking poles, the following guideline applies:
Your height × 0.68 → round up to the nearest 0 or 5.
Example: User height 182 cm × 0.68 = 123.76 cm → rounded to 125 cm.
This is the standard length for comfortable running or walking with your elbow at a natural angle of about 90°.
Measure the circumference of your palm as shown in the illustration. Compare the measured length with the lengths in the tables to determine the approximate size of your gloves.
