This type of cartridge is most commonly used for portable stovetop cookers, people also call them "spray" cartridges due to their shape similarity.

• Propane
  provides higher evaporation of gas vapors in cold weather.
• Isobutane
  provides constant cartridge performance even with smaller gas volumes. Isobutane is very similar to butane, but gases as low as -11°C, has a higher calorific value and also performs better in colder weather.
