Thermos Mountain FFX is the world's leading outdoor thermos. You won't find a thermos with better parameters today.

The thermos is designed to meet all the requirements of a bottle for the mountain environment: easy opening and closing, impact resistance, high insulation performance, light weight and compactness (only 235x70 mm!).

Extremely lightweight stainless steel vacuum insulated thermos with double cap, 500 ml for extreme environments - matt black.

Weight of thermos The thermos is very lightweight. Its weight is comparable to titanium thermoses, which are, however, much more expensive. Without the anti-slip ring and bottom protection, it weighs only 260g.
	High insulating performance The thermos keeps drinks warm for a very long time - after 6 hours, the temperature of the drink is still above 77°C (measurement conditions: initial drink temperature 95°C, ambient temperature 20°C). The special feature is the narrow 36 mm diameter neck with a special double cap.
Perforated Thermos Cup The perforated thermos cup is made of two different hard materials so that it does not slip when opening the thermos. The wide bottom provides increased stability of the cup while ensuring an easy grip when removing the thermos from the backpack. The cup volume has been increased over the previous Thermos Mountain version.
	Slip ring Even with thick gloves, opening the thermos is easy. When the thermos is dropped, it also serves as protection.
Double Thermos Closure The double closure was developed to make opening and closing the thermos easier. The inner part of the closure has a double thread with a larger pitch. Thanks to this solution, you only need to loosen the inner part of the cap by half a turn and you can pour (with standard caps you need to turn the cap a full turn). The cap also ensures a smooth flow of the drink and is low maintenance.
	Thermoset Bottom Protection Thermoset is made of stainless steel. This type of thermos is often referred to as "shatterproof" thermoses. However, it's obvious that falling on a rock doesn't do these "unbreakable" thermoses any good either. The silicone protection on the bottom cushions the impact of dropping the thermos and protects the bottom from scratches.
