In what condition will your bike arrive from our e-shop?
Are you considering buying a bike from our e-shop, but you are not sure in what condition and when it will be delivered to you?
Delivery time.
- Bikes marked as In stock (e-shop) are usually dispatched on the next working day after we receive your order.
- Bikes marked as "Dispatch within a week" are available in our central warehouse. After you place your order, we will contact you to confirm the details. You can expect dispatch within one week of ordering.
In what condition will the bike arrive?
For premium brands Trek, Rascal and Woom, it is standard that the bike undergoes complete assembly and adjustment in our service centre before dispatch. Each such bike is professionally assembled, all components are correctly set up and important parts lubricated. We offer other bike brands from our range primarily for e-shop sales in their original packaging. However, if you are interested in the same premium service, i.e. complete assembly and professional adjustment, we will be happy to arrange it for you for a fee of CZK 800.
In order to pack and transport the bike safely, the handlebars and pedals need to be removed. These components will be carefully packed in the box together with the bike. We will also include a brief guide with the shipment, which will take you through the simple process of reassembling the bike.
